creating a listing

before starting you must have the following completed:

• created an account or logged in to an existing account

important notes

• there are 2 types of listings, sales and leases, this tutorial applies to both.
• due to the nature of the web and web browsers, the My Real Estate Listing website STRONGLY recommends that you keep YOUR OWN BACK UP COPIES OF INFORMATION AND PICTURES BEFORE uploading them to the website, in the unlikely event something should go wrong and the information is lost.
• usually, copy and pasting the information from a text file (not a word processor), is best for large text amounts.
• a listing will not be available in search results until a subscription purchase is made.
• do not use HTML for output or formatting. It has been disabled.

steps

1. start from the dashboard. Click either “view properties for sale” or “view properties for lease” action button
2. click “create new listing”
3. fill in the details. Click “save new listing” action button
4. confirmation

as soon as you click “save new listing” the website will be updated and the property listing will be available to purchase a subscription, unless an error filling in the data has happened.

you will also be redirected to the “view listing” page which will allow you to upload photos, link to videos, add events or create location map pins for the listing you just created.
