• the My Real Estate Listing website cannot express how SUPER IMPORTANT the LOCATION BAR is! the location bar will always show you where you have progressed, always use the location bar to go backwards.

elements

There are 3 main navigation elements

main menu

will take you to almost any major section of the website.

location bar

will show you where you have navigated in this section of the website. The last item on the location bar will match the heading of the web page you are currently on

action buttons

will perform an action. Action buttons can be disabled and will appear reddish when not available to users

system messages

users will be provided with appropriate messages based on their actions if necessary

• if an action was successful, you will receive a green message
• if an action had an error, you will receive a red message
• if an action has a warning, you will receive a yellow message

supported devices

the My Real Estate Listing website has been designed to the html5 standard and should work on the browser and device of your choice. example devices are your smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer where the standard is supported.

hints and tips

• where possible, always use the location bar "view listing" link to return to the current listing you have selected.
• should you feel lost, click the main menu and then click "dashboard" located under account heading to go back to the start
• if the system reports "error: ‹‹error message››" in red, do not be concerned, it is the website requesting your attention.
• when you complete an important action, you will always receive a system message.
